🎉 Round 1: Friday Night Competition Guide
🕗 Time: 8:00–11:15 PM
📍 Location: Conservatory
🎺 FOR PERFORMERS
(That means you if you’re playing, singing, or competing in anything tonight!)
✅ What to Do When You Arrive:
🎟️ Check-In
When you arrive, head to the Conservatory Lobby and check in at the front table.
There you’ll receive your competition ticket, which you'll use to track the performances you attend and then use to get into the Rec Hall (game room) later.
🗓️ Check Your Times & Rooms
After checking in, make sure you know your assigned warm-up time, performance time and accompanist.
To find your schedule, use the master schedules linked at the bottom of the page:
One version is sorted by Corps location (this may help you find your name quickly).
And the other version shows the overall schedule by category and level.
There are a total of four performance rooms and 4 warm-up rooms, so double check where you’re supposed to be!
For a quick look at the warm-up and performance room locations, use the chart below.
✅ Please be on time for both your warm-up and performance—it’s super important!
Once you’re done with your performance(s) and seeing your friends perform take your completed competition ticket and head on over to the Rec Hall!
👀 FOR OBSERVERS
(Not performing tonight? You still get to have fun!)
✅ What to Do When You Arrive:
Go to the Conservatory Lobby and check in at the front table.
Get your observer ticket.
Go enjoy the performances and support your friends!
🎫 How the Ticket Works:
After each performance you watch, the room proctor will punch your ticket.
When your ticket has the required number of punches, you’re welcome to head over to the Rec Hall for movies, games, and hangout time.
Rec Hall proctors will check your ticket at the door.
Here are the competition schedule links to help you find your assigned times:

📂 Note: There are 4 competing rooms, so this file contains four separate schedules, one for each room.
