STUDENT APPLICATION

Please fill out the form below for every student you wish to enroll in the Piano/Guitar School.  

Upon acceptance:

  • The student agrees to participate in the Salvation Army Piano/Guitar Scholarship program for one year, which includes attending weekly scheduled lessons to be monitored by the Corps Officer and the Divisional Music and Arts Department through regular reports submitted by the teacher.

  • This scholarship is under the direct supervision of the Corps Officer and is dependent on the participant being a faithful Junior or Senior Soldier of the Salvation Army.

  • The student will receive one year of lessons which, upon review, may be extended.

  • The long-term goal of this scholarship is to provide the Corps of the Texas Division with competent players, who will be fully utilized in all facets of corps life.
